The ashram can be reached by bus or motorbike from Bagerhat near Nalua Bazar in Chitalmari Upazila. The tomb can be reached from Tungipara upazila of Gopalganj district by crossing the Patgati ferry by bus or motorbike or any other vehicle. Bus fare from Bagerhat is Rs. 55 / -, motorbike fare is Rs. 200 / -, bus fare from Patgati is Rs. 10 / -, motorbike fare is Rs. 50 / -.
Bangladesh Sebashram T was established in 1989 on 10 acres of land. It was founded by Srimat Acharya Vivekananda Goswami. It is located in a village called Goranalua in Shibpur union of Chitalmari upazila. There are 5 such ashrams in India including 46 more in Bangladesh established by Srimat Acharya Vivekananda Goswami. At present the Sebashram has the Samadhi Mandir of Shrimat Acharya Vivekananda Goswami, the throne inlaid with peacock feathers, a ghat-built pond and old house, the Shri Shri Govinda Mandir, the Kalia Daman of Shri Krishna, the attractive Tulsi Bedi. Shrimat Acharya Vivekananda Goswami was the Vice Principal of Barguna Government College during his working life. In life, he obtained MA degrees in three subjects, including philosophy, Bengali and Sanskrit.
The birth of Srimat Acharya Vivekananda Goswami took place on Tuesday, Radhashtami in the month of Bhadra, 1940, and Mahaprayan on Wednesday, December 1, 1910 at 8:35 am.
The Dol Utsav of Lord Krishna is celebrated here every year in the month of Falgun. During this time, 3 days long Namayagna, religious discussion meeting, bhajan song and glorification of Gurudev are performed. Countless fans from home and abroad came to this event.
